Three-quarters of the vessel was owned by Mr. David
Parkhurst, and the remainder by Messrs. Edward and William Babson. She was built at Essex
in 1857, was 79 tons burthen, and valued with her outfits at $5000. Insured at the
Gloucester Mutual Fishing Insurance Office for $3150. |
