The Sch. John J. Crittenden left
port Feb. 22nd 1862, and has been absent nearly five weeks. She was nearly 96 tons
burthen; owned by Pettengill & Cunningham; valued at $4200, and insured in the
Gloucester Fishing Ins. Co., for $3675.
Her crew list comprised ten persons as follows:
