The Sch. Oconomowoc left port Feb. 10th
1862, and has been absent nearly seven weeks. She was nearly 86 tons burthen; owned by
Charles Parkhurst; valued at $3200, and insured in the Gloucester Fishing Ins. Co., for
$2800.
Her crew list comprised ten men, as follows:
Dennis S. Kelly, master, leaves a widow
and one child
John Henderson, leaves a mother, three brothers partially dependant upon
him for support
John P. Parsons, leaves a widow and four children
John McNash, leaves a widow and one child
John Murphy, leaves a widow and one child;
James Parsons, leaves an aged mother dependent upon him for support
Michael Murphy
Dennis Kelly, the master's son
Joseph Brown, and
John _ereet, single
